THE organisers of Helensburgh’s Winter Festival have announced more details of a special summer festival to mark their 10th birthday.
The one-day extravaganza will be held on Saturday, June 18 from 10am until 5pm and will include street food, live music and dance, stalls, a craft fair, children’s rides and street entertainment.
Buskers, as well as businesses and community groups interested in taking a stall at the event, are being urged to get in touch as soon as possible via the Winter Festival website or by emailing media@helensburghwinterfestival.co.uk.
First held in 2012, the Winter Festival is now a well-established feature of the west of Scotland’s festive events calendar.
A Summer Festival – organised not by the Winter Festival but by the Helensburgh and Lomond Chamber of Commerce – was held each summer from 2014 until 2019.
