ENTRIES are now open for Arrochar’s second Cobbler Hill Race this spring.
Being held to raise money for the Arrochar mountain rescue team (MRT), the event takes place on Saturday, April 22 over a 6km course, with a total ascent of 730 metres.
Race registration and parking is available at the Ardgartan Hotel, from where it’s a short walk to the start and finish point on the nearby forest track.
The race starts at 1pm, with registration from 10am, and will be followed by tea and a prize-giving at the Ardgartan Hotel.
Entrants must be aged at least 18 and full waterproof body cover must be carried.
Entries cost £10 per competitor and close on Wednesday, April 19.
