The man allegedly failed the roadside drugs test
A MAN was arrested for allegedly "failing a drugs test" near the town centre of Helensburgh.
The 31-year-old was arrested by police on Old Luss Road on February 24.
Officers say that at the time he failed a roadside preliminary drugs test after being stopped.
