TWO women have been reported to the procurator fiscal on suspicion of driving over the legal alcohol limit in the Helensburgh area.
Police say a 20-year-old woman failed a roadside breath test after being stopped on the A814 near Rhu at around 12.30am on Wednesday, March 6.
And in a separate incident, officers say a 49-year-old woman was stopped near Sinclair Street in Helensburgh at 1.10am on Saturday, March 9 and allegedly found to be over the legal limit.
In Scotland the legal limit is 22 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, or 50 milligrammes of alcohol in 100ml of blood.
